Addressing Concerns

Addressing concerns that I consider my friends props for Instagram posts.

In a recent publication I said that as adults, friends are simply “a collection of people you drink with twice a week to bombard with inconsequential updates”. I want to clarify that these harsh descriptions were meant only to highlight the need for Book a Baby™, my baby delivery app idea that was recently rejected by a guy who said he’d help make me an app.

In reality, I am grateful for my friends. I’m grateful because I think they’re funny and interesting and tell good stories. So while it’s true we drink twice a week, the updates are not inconsequential. They’re stories I think about and laugh about for days after they’re told. And that’s why I keep coming back, twice a week.

I only mean to say, a baby would liven things up a bit.

Your friend,

Tim
